24-hour Alarm Monitoring and Response
SECOM provides a sophisticated Control Center on 24/7 basis. The Control Center immediately dispatched SECOM Beat Engineer from the nearest depot upon any abnormality signal occurs. If required, Control Center will contact Police Departement or Fire Department. This service is completed with Emergency Key Holding service when customer is out of town or something emergency happen, SECOM could take immediate response on site.
In terms of set and re-set the alarm system, if customer forgets, SECOM Control Center will receive a signal and then contact customer to inform that the alarm has to be activated. SECOM also provides periodically checking to all the systems of SECOM equipments.
